Once certified, you'll be matched with a real estate entrepreneur who is building something big. You'll step into a remote, long-term position where you may answer calls, confirm appointments, and coordinate scheduling; support social media posting, branding, or newsletter content; organize project tasks, transaction timelines, or lead follow-ups; help recruit new agents by managing CRM pipelines and interview bookings; take ownership of backend systems and SOPs; and work inside Slack and Zoom to stay in lockstep with your client.

Most Goldbar Assistants are assigned to one client for focused collaboration, but depending on performance and specialization, you may support multiple clients or evolve into a team lead role.
