Once certified, you’ll be matched with a real estate entrepreneur who is building something big. You’ll step into a remote, long-term position where you may:
- Answer calls, confirm appointments, and coordinate scheduling
- Support social media posting, branding, or newsletter content
- Organize project tasks, transaction timelines, or lead follow-ups
- Help recruit new agents by managing CRM pipelines and interview bookings
- Take ownership of backend systems and SOPs
- Work inside Slack and Zoom to stay in lockstep with your client.

We primarily hire for full-time roles to ensure consistency for our clients and long-term growth for our team members. However, part-time opportunities may occasionally be available.
You’ll go through Goldbar’s onboarding bootcamp — a hands-on training that equips you with the scripts, tools, and strategies to succeed. Ongoing coaching and upskilling are part of your journey here.
Most Goldbar Assistants are assigned to one client for focused collaboration, but depending on performance and specialization, you may support multiple clients or evolve into a team lead role.
